"I am just home with my Lilly after her first grooming with Patricia and her Hubs Billy. I am pleased beyond happy! I sought out Patricia after another groomer told me they would try grooming Lilly again if she was sedated! My pup had never been a problem client until I took her to this groomer after my mobile groomer moved to Florida. I sensed “ operator error” but took her again and maybe a third time. She was never completely groomed... facial hair not shaved and nails barely cut. Sedation was not the solution to me; a better groomer was. Patricia returned Lilly clean, clipped, combed and happy. She needs to charge more. I will be a regular. All groomers are not equal. Don’t settle for someone who uses the word ‘sedate.’ Operator error is a real thing. Thank you Patricia and Billy!"
