"Went for Santa Paws pics. Great opportunity for dogs and pet owners to socialize. Santa was friendly and great with our puppy! The event allowed you to make paw print ornaments and even had doggie biscuits and cream! We did not find the staff friendly or welcoming."

"I have never been treated so horribly. I came in prepared to pay and have only recently moved here. When I found a kitten I wanted I was told it still needed rabies shots and couldn't be done until Monday. I was told Monday they would call me when I could pick up debutante and when I got back to my car I received an email denying my application. Highly unprofessional and judgemental."

"We adopted Rosemary almost two weeks ago! We had a great experience with HSAC! We went to meet some kittens, and I briefly explained what we were looking for, and as soon as we met miss Rosemary we knew she was the one! We came back a few days later to pick her up and they sent us home with a bag full of food and toys! Rosemary made herself right at home and is exactly what we were looking for, we are so happy to have her as a part of our family!"
