"DO NOT STAY HERE. The peacocks absolutely destroyed 4 out of our six car's paint. One of them chipped all the way through the paint to the metal and will start rusting soon. The host was without regret and said it happens all the time. She refused to remove the birds and refused to look at damages at all."

"Really beautiful area. Enjoy the peacocks, horses, and cows directly on and around the property. We made an awesome dinner here, though we were lucky to have brought a lot of the things we needed. Shared hot tub though and the main house gets access only for 2 hours a day."

"Absolutely stunning. Walking through this 1867 estate, you can feel the history, which has been respected and cared for by the current owner. The stained glass pieces throughout the home are masterful. Each room has its own character and has been lovingly furnished. We came with our dog Ellie and she made herself right at home. Beautiful 360 views of iconic Virginia farmland and Blue Ridge mountains. We loved feeding the horses apples out of our hands, and we were even visited by the peacocks on the back porch while we were relaxing by the fireplace in the den. The kitchen is as gorgeous and equipped with an anazing Vulcan range and commercial grade equipment. The jacuzzi tub upstairs was a super cozy spot to relax and unwind, bring your own shampoo. Its funny how you can travel the world over the years, yet end up finding the perfect destination only a few hours away. We'll be back."

"We came to Fairview for my 30th birthday for a weekend with friends. The property is amazing! The house is gorgeous. We absolutely loved it here. The host Jennifer was so accommodating and friendly we definitely recommend a night or a few if you’re looking to get away and relax this is the place. We loved the kitchen with the huge gas range and beautiful copper farmhouse sink. Highly recommended."

"My family and I stayed at the cottage on the property, and the views from the place are amazing. After touring Fairview, I can't wait until I get a chance to take another vacation. I would love to stay in the B&B next time. Jennifer is the most friendly and gracious hostess. She made us feel amazingly welcome. Watching the Peacocks wander the property was a unique experience and real fun for my daughter. Walking the property in the morning while drinking coffee and gazing out at the mountains was the most relaxed I have been in a long time."
