"Just got our 2024 Silverado ceramic coated and they did an awesome job! Will use them again."

"So I left a negative review 4 months ago about the lack of follow when I tried to book another service which I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR! Yes, I was willing to pay for!!! Four months later the owner finally responds ro my review. Four months later he finally responds. Really? And says when I originally scheduled I paid for just a coating with no correction. Um.. well...That's because I was told my paint was such good shape that I didn't need a correction! I did come back for a touch up because there was some small swirls in the paint that literally took two minutes to correct. The owner said I came back four times which is not true. I even referred him business. My friend who I referred got a coating and correction, and he even experienced delayed/slow follow up when he tried to book his appointment as well. The owner replied that no tip was offered to employees after the service. Well I didn't know a tip was required! Again, I was willing to pay again which I told him when I left a message. Then he insults me by making me look cheap telling me I didn't tip. I was not aware this was a service that you were expected to tip for!! Unbelievable. Interestingly, I saw another review where the consumer said they did a good job on their ceramic coat but called for other services that they offer and was supposed to hear back after checking his schedule and still nothing and they called and left messages and text a couple times and nothing no response with no communication or response. Goes to show you that I am not the only customer who had the same experience when trying to book- was told he would "check schedule and get back to me." But never did. Great service!"

Not sure what happened to the business or customer service but it’s not good any longer unfortunately."

"Buckeye Clean Werks did a fantastic job with my 2018 Ford Raptor. They applied a ceramic coating to the exterior of the vehicle, and tinted the windows. They are very knowledgeable and were very helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get their vehicle detailed and turn some heads while driving down the road."

"These guys are simply the best! Price is very reasonable. I had a 10th gen Civic (2017) which I bought brand new. I did not hesitate to have a ceramic coat added since I wanted that showroom look so the time. 4 years later and my Civic still looked brand new, thanks to Gtechniq. Fast forward 4 years later and I traded that with a 22 Civic. With black, I definitely needed to have the car ceramic coated. I could've brought it back to the same place that did my other Civic but since this was in Cincinnati, I decided to look around Columbus to see if there's any authorized Gtechniq installer. That's when I found this place. Talking to Jarred,I was very impressed by his knowledge regarding auto detailing. Needless to say, I ended up going to this place and not regretting it one bit. They found a customer for life!"
