"Beautiful overlook. The drive around this area is incredible. We had the privilege to be at the overlook when there was a geologist who teaches was also there. So he was pointing out features and letting us know more about the land. It was really neat."
"We initially planned to visit Raven Roost Overlook for watching the sunset. But, on the way almost a half mile before, we realized this was the spot and parked there. Many go to the other overlook so there are not too many people here so it was pleasant and we really enjoyed the sunset."

"It’s a magnificent vista point. If you are at Wintergreen, it’s a MUST DO. Only 10 minutes drive from the resort or the lodges. Perfect spot to enjoy the Appalachian. We visited in the 3rd week of November and it was very wondy up there. Make sure you cover up well. I’ll definitely recommend it."
