"This review is for Chandler’s grooming services, I haven’t used any other services at Dogtown. Chandler does a great job with my sensitive silky coated furbaby. He is not a fan of grooming but he warms right up to her and he always looks great afterwards! She does an excellent job on his semi technical cuts, and her prices are the most reasonable I was quoted in Ghent."
"My dog Arlo has stayed here a few times for boarding and he loves it. I like that the dogs spend most of the time playing outside or in the indoor area rather than being stuck in kennels. They also send me a couple videos a day of him playing around and having fun which puts my mind at ease when I’m away. I know that it’s a good place because Arlo gets so excited the minute we pull up that he doesn’t even notice when I leave. I totally recommend having your dogs stay here with this awesome staff."
"We love this place and so does my dog. We use the daycare usually once a week to get some energy out of my 7 yr old Frenchie. We use the boarding as well when we can’t take him with us when we go out of town. All the staff are super friendly and you can tell they love the dogs. My dog gets so excited when I say let’s go to daycare. Oh, they also send you at least one video everyday that your pup is there. I look forward to receiving them. They make my day."
"Cannot say enough about this place. I have a 9 month old GSP, and he’s a handful. The staff at dogtown all know his name after 3 visits, and they are all so kind. Their IG stories are so fun to watch (even if you don’t have a dog!) and seeing Cooper on their videos throughout the day is great. They’re communicative throughout his whole day there, with texts about how he’s doing, pictures, and videos. I love that I can also have Cooper bathed and his nails trimmed when he’s there. The app is great, and booking his stays is super simple. The first time he was there, he came home with a small nip on his lip (seriously, as any dog owner knows, these things happen in a room full of dogs, it was so beyond minor) and the owner, Sam, called me to talk about it right away and was so helpful and professional. After that, I knew that this was somewhere I could feel safe and comfortable taking my pet, because the staff and owner clearly genuinely care about their clients and the safety of the dogs. This place is top-notch."
