Just look on YOUTUBE at all the videos from hundreds of people documenting daily life on the streets. Shame on everyone behind this. Don't complain when you have more children on the streets with their parents."

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. Since getting new owners in September, we've had no repairs made. No efforts to have repairs made that started with the old owners who left fixes half done due to change in ownership. My 4 year old has not been able to take a bath in over a year. I have to force him into the shower and deal with tantrums because they won't reach out to me to fix my leaking bath tub that leaks down stairs onto my kitchen light that's hanging by wires. I have a busted window from lawn care coming and trying to finish the job as fast as they can. And I have videos for proof. They are remodeling vacant apartments all around my neighbors and I but are not even giving us a call back. In the past 3 months we've probably had 3 different people in charge of the office. We have been told to just move out, to call the city and to just keep trying to reach out to someone in a different apartment complex office because apparently the owner owns around 3 other complexes. We were served a 14 day notice to quit due to non-payment but have voice recordings of us talking to the girl in the office telling her we aren't paying until our issues are fixed because at the time of change in ownership we were under lease. We have no heat or air and haven't the whole time living here. We cannot run a window unit downstairs due to the busted window just letting the cold air escape. We've been cussed out. Ignored. Hung up on. And everything else in between. This is an outrageous situation for my son to have to be in because we aren't able to just up and move, like we're being told. Back to the 14 day notice. We have still not heard anything from anyone but apparently a new office manager started today. My neighbors daughter fell through her back deck steps and still has not been emailed back. When you call the number that they have listed on our 14 day notice, it's not even in service. So hopefully this negative review will get their attention after 10 1/2 months of trying to reach someone so we could pay our rent and go about our lives. Get a hold of your property or don't be a landlord."
