"I love it here so far. I got all of my stuff moved in with my girlfriend. The staff here was very nice and helpful getting me all of the information I needed to get moved in. I wish I would have prepared better and had moving carts ready but I learned my lesson. There are lots of dogs which I love to see here, I hope they, as well as the residents are friendly! Can't wait to lay out by the pool as well! Looking forward to whatever events are being held here at Town Park Lofts."

Hannah J has been super friendly and excellent throughout the whole process. The apartment is stunning, just stunning!! The neighbors are very friendly and pleasant. The amenities are just fabulous!! "The outside seemed nice enough, but could not get a response from the leasing office between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM on 3/25/23. The sign on the door advised "will return at 10:00", which was odd since we arrived at 12:30. It is possible that the staff did not show up for work, which is a shame. We were in Kingsport looking for a place as we plan to relocate from Tucson, AZ later this year. The posted office hours for "Saturday" are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We assumed that staff might be showing an available loft. After waiting 10 minutes at the locked door, we called the number with no success. We waited an additional 25 minutes when finally a body moved inside but would not acknowledge us. We waited an additional 5 minutes before leaving to look at other places."
