"The setting is beautiful. A note of caution — The cabin itself had several flaws — this is a large cabin, we had 9 staying with us. Only the first two people got a warm shower....4 days of cold showers....they need another water heater, or 2....There is a home theater but NO instructions on how to use it. We were never able to figure it out — It was useless to us. Five remotes, no directions, no success. Also, no DVDs or games....this is the only TV in the house. If you are spending a rainy weekend, with promise of home theater and no delivery....that’s a letdown. The actual space feels like a conference center more than a cabin. Really nowhere to sit and visit, no living room area....entire main level is dining chairs (and two weirdly disruptive, randomly placed lazy boy recliners)...we went to another cabin to relax and visit.....couldn’t do that comfortably indoors at somerset. After a busy day, when you want to relax with friends. Sitting around on dining room chairs is not a suitable option. The outdoor area is great - deck, fire pit....but only if it isn’t raining. We were unable to use any of it. The hot tub was OK, but only about half the jets were working. I was disappointed in this cabin — very disappointed. And the price was excessive for the product delivered..."

"We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding in June. It was PERFECT. Tons of space for the women to get ready on the first floor and the men to get ready downstairs. Hot tub, pool table, movie theater and ENORMOUS decks were some great amenities that made this place great!"

"It's absolutely amazing. It's roomy and the shelves are already stalked with cooking materials and lots of movies. There's a hot tub and a porch out front. The lake outside down a couple small hills is absolutely gorgeous! There's also a hammock, a swing, a barbecue, a playground by the lake, and the woods are beautiful. I really recommend this place, it's the perfect getaway."
