"Recently moved out of this apartment where we stayed for 3 years. Lonnie was the best when it came to our maintenance requests. He was always so helpful and made sure our issues were resolved. I can see that the majority of reviews on here are negative but I would say that our experience living here was pretty great and it might be because of the specific unit (Faulkner) we rented which is the only one in the building. Because of its location, it did not have renters above and below which made it a quiet unit to live in on the 3rd floor. The layout was perfect for us because it is pretty large (964 sqft) for a 1 bd 1 bath apt and has a small corner I could fit my office. I think the only downside for us living in this building was the parking, but when we had guests over they could always park in the adjacent neighborhood. "Tried to contact via email and phone for a week but could not get ahold of anyone. So we decided to show up at the leasing office to hopefully talk to someone about moving in. As expected nobody was in the office during the hours posted. Definitely not a good first impression when someone is trying to sign a lease. Save the time and look elsewhere."

"I am not a resident here but was interested in this place. Looks wonderful from the outside as well, however the leading agent was less than gracious when she answered my call. To start off, she was extremely rude. I asked her if they are still touring and since there was like a good half an hour left to their business hours, it would be possible to get a tour. She told me she was “too busy and didn’t have time for that.” She then told me she is only touring by appointments. When I asked for an appointment, she again very rudely told me she does not have time tomorrow and only does two appointments on Saturday. The whole conversation left a very sour taste in my mouth because I would have understood it if it had been communicated nicely to me - I understand the pandemic makes things harder right now for everyone. However, I am dropping this place off my list because of this encounter. Be ready to be dismissed and rudely spoken to!"

"This is a new apartment built in 2020 and I just moved in as the first group of residents. For me this place is a very high quality apartment especially of you are looking for a loft styled apartment. Located in the meadowcreek area it is quiet, clean and comfortable. Gyms and yoga room are available and conference room is provided. The apartment is not furnished so you do have to get your own. Management staff stephen is very kind and very helpful. The room size is bigger than average apartment with the same monthly rent. Gas and electricity is not included in the rent but the room is worth considering for. Free parking and I like it so far."
