"Lived here for just over a year in a 3b/3b and it's been great! The amenities are awesome (pool, gym, basketball, tennis, volleyball, fire pit, and dog park) and the property managers are very nice and organize events throughout the year for kids and adults. There is a good mix of young professionals, adults/families, and a few retirees so the general energy is pretty quite and relaxed. Maintenance is super responsive, the landscape crew is great, and there is lots of preventative maintenance throughout the year which I appreciate. There is plenty of green space that makes it not feel like a typical apt complex, and sufficient parking spots for residents and guests. I haven't had any big issues, but I do wish we had recycling on site. Overall, a great spot to live in cville!"

"We have lived in the Woodlands for over 10 years, so our experience is quite comprehensive. We moved from a two-bedroom to three-bedroom when our son was born a few years back, and the newer units are quite nice. We were promised a kitchen pantry with shelves, but received a coat closet and recommendation to buy shelving. Management is pretty responsive to concerns whether its tenants speeding through the neighborhood, appliance issues, or car break-ins. Unfortunately, the break-ins are mostly due to people not locking their car doors at night and that's not something specific to The Woodlands, but all across C'ville. I must mention that the grounds are quite nice and it has one of the greatest views looking east at Carter's Mountain. I highly recommend The Woodlands!"

"I lived here for two years and enjoyed most of my stay here. The rent is reasonable for the area (I rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath with 2 other people) although the apartment was very small. Communication with the office was hit or miss which seems like the new normal for most property management anyways. The grounds were well maintained and most maintenance issues were taken care of pretty well. Lots of my friends in town have lived here!"
