"i have been trying to pay a debt and nobody in these offices can tell me where they sent my account to and what creditors they deal with. i went back to the complex i rented from originally and i was told that they don't keep files so they can't give me any information. don't ever rent from these people! horrible service and horrible communication!"

"Rent at your own risk from Regency Club Apartments in Glen Burnie managed by the Donaldson Group. The first year was great until Management changed. The community became run down, rodent infested and unbearable. Made numerous complaints that went unanswered. When you were luck or unlucky enough to reach someone, they were rude, dismissive and did nothing about your concerns. I lived with rodents until I could no longer take it. On the rare occasion that they would send an "exterminator" he would look behind the stove spray a few times and leave. We became our own exterminator, placing glue traps throughout the apartment. We were catching at least 4 to 5 a week. They advertise the security gate but it's just for show. It never closes. So if you are ok with waking to the screams of trapped mice, looking out your window to over flowing dumpsters surrounded by bags of trash and furniture, neighbors screaming and old appliances by all means move into a Donaldson Property."

"Rating this company with 1 star is a gift. They have terrible customer service , horrible response times and seem to genuinely not care for their tenants. A large number of apartments have broken washing machines, my own apartments HVAC unit has flood or leaked into one of the bedrooms multiple times even after they "fixed" it. With the phone calls and attempts to contact them failing and being told by the property manager to contact Donaldson directly. These issues are in clear violation and at this point I feel obligated to report them to the Better Business Bureau and file a lawsuit because evidently this is what they want."
