"Charming and comfortable, the hosts have delivered on a stay that’s both warmly embracing and carefully prepared for travelers. This well appointed home sits on a quiet street in the historic district of Woodstock. Everything we needed during our stay was already thought of, and then some. A quiet sun porch with lovely garden views for morning coffee (provided), a cutesy bar-room and comfortable living-room with airy spaces created an atmosphere to easily unwind. Up the slightly crooked (read: charming) stair case leads to a labyrinth of 1800s character. The rooms are carefully and comfortably thought out— wireless charging lamps on each night stand— lit beauty mirrors in each bathroom. Water pressure in the showers enough to strip away the stress of the day (and maybe exfoliate!), and a soaking, jetted tub in case it’s been a particularly long journey. In short, the attention to detail for comfort is only matched by the cleanliness. Aside from its supremely convenient location to area vineyards, the Woodstock Cafe for dinner (recommended by the hosts) is unbeatable. You simply can’t go wrong booking this place. Within a short drive there are vineyards, breweries, hiking trails, antique shops friendly folks and it’s all nestled in picturesque rolling hills and distant mountains. This might be heaven (and it might also be the Shenandoah wine talking)."
