"The location is great! There are multiple restaurants right next to us or around the corner. The staff is nice but when it comes to rooms being serviced you are stuck. We had a letter sent under the door stating they would be In the next day and they didn't come for 2 days later. They didn't change the bedding, Sweep or really do much at all. They took the dirty stuff resupplied and took the trash. They didn't really clean at all. While it is a good location and somewhat comfortable I wouldn't stay more than 2 days here."
"I travel between PA and NC several times a year and this is my new go-to hotel! It's clean, reasonable and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They take dogs at a reasonable cost with a great dog walking area. A bonus is there are a lot of places to eat literally right behind the hotel."
"Awesome place stay and relax your tired travel. Very neat, clean and quiet place. Every person in the hotel was kind and smiling face, the rooms weee spacious had tv, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and good working AC/ Heater. The sheets were clean and soft. Breakfast included self making waffles, eggs and cereals. Well there was some issue with the elevator but that’s kind of temporary and I believe would be fixed sooner. I felt this place is much better than some of the 5 star hotels we stayed before. Thank you visit you soon again."
"Clean rooms and a nice breakfast area. The view of the mountains is great. There are horse races on the weekend next to the hotel, if you are interested. Many rooms are pet friendly. Many stores close by."
"One of the best "at the interstate on/off ramp" hotels I have stayed in. The excellent condition and cleanliness of the hotel reflects how great the staff really cares. Karen is absolutely fantastic about making sure that breakfast is wonderful. Wow!!....make your own waffles!!! A nice pool for all to enjoy. Ike, at the front desk, extremely helpful and professional. A super place to overnight or stay a few days."
