"Whatever you do, don't move in to this complex unless you absolutely have nowhere to go. The apartment manager has the mind of a five year old and is entirely incompetent. They force you every few months to remove all your belongings and leave your apartment as if it's lock down in jail and she loves throwing accusations at people who are dissatisfied with her tyranny. Their maintenance man misses his appointments and they expect you to fashion your life around their incompetence. They really don't seem to care who they allow live here."

"Apartments for low income people. However, 80% of these people are lazy and don't want to work or have 3 kids from 3 different fathers, who is nowhere to be found. People just taking from the system."

"Apartment are cheap, but you get what you pay for. Alot of these places got roaches.(management lady even said when i first sign the lease here that our apt building was the only apt building yet to get roaches but i beg to differ also seemed to be alot of spiders when we firsts moved in) im not 100% sure but seem like i was sick alot when i first moved in. Not sure if it mold or what but air quality isnt the best. Could be from the methane from dairy farm next door. Most of the neighbors are quite. But then theres the older residents if you don't stop and talk to them and tell them who and why your guess are visting you.They try in get in your businesse and lie to management and try to get you kicked out. Got my 2nd violation stating that im smoking illegal drugs and cigarettes in the breezeway after dark. When i dont even smoke nor do drugs. Same neighbors harassed my guest every time they come vist me. Idk if she just attacking me or other residents guest also because because she has attacked a few of my guest their first time visiting me. There always cops and ambulances showing up to someones apt been 3 house fires reports since i moved in not a safe place to live. Dinner behind the apartment complex had been robbed at gun point. Not safe for children and young kids to be walking around at night. If you can find and afford another place i recommend somewhere else and use this as a last resort."
