"Visited this place for the first time in a few years. The place has new owners and definitely improved in all areas! It looks cleaner and has ice cream, pizza, other food, shopping, putt putt, bounce pad, arcade, and two jumping platforms. The kids enjoyed it. Fun for the whole family and the food was surprisingly good. W Ewell definitely visit again."
"We have a seasonal site at Sun Retreat Shenandoah Valley. Quiet, yet plenty of entertainment, pool, lake, golfcarts, fishing pond, snack bar and a great putt-putt golf course. Workers provide lots of fun activities each themed weekend. A great place for a fun getaway."
"I think it's going to eventually be a nice campground because they are working a lot of upgrades (putt putt, etc...), but right now... there is nothing to do. Felt like we were just staying at a trailer park bc of the huge amount of permanent residents. The camp store doesn't open until Memorial Day, so you have to drive into town for anything (season starts 1 April). Bath house was nice."
