"I enjoy coming to this business. They greet you when you pull your vehicle into the vacuum bays. The crew does a great job cleaning the interior and prepping it for the wash bay. The crew in the drying area do a great drying the vehicle off and wiping down the inside. They always hand you your keys and thank you for stopping by. The supervisor Max, checked over the vehicle before releasing it to me."
"Does anyone recognize this place? Let me help you, it's 11950 W Broad street. It's a car pool car wash. This is what happened to my truck there. They told me they needed to do an investigation to see if they caused the damage. While filling out the report the manager told me they only wipe down half way down the dashboard and don't scrub the Matt's. If it doesn't rinse off it stays. $50 RVA Special and I have to deal with this. FYI still haven't heard anything in 2 weeks."
"Update: After my update, they called and offered to give a free wash to correct the situation. Upping my rating as a response to this customer service. Update: They responded that they wanted to make it right, but 18 days after sending an email I have gotten no response. Reducing my rating as a result of this customer service. I splurged and got the $45 option but honestly believe I could have done a better job in the 20 minutes they had my car. They were nice and had a great waiting room, but I won’t be returning based on the low quality."

"Genuinely have never been to such a nice and well run car wash. Bathrooms are immaculate, they have vending machines, a nice indoor and outdoor waiting area, and a speaker system that announces when your car is ready. There’s even a dog bowl for water in case you brought your pup! Our truck truly has been put through the ringer and you would think it came straight off of the lot after our inspector Trent and his crew were done with it. We will absolutely be back, you cannot beat their prices."
