"For 2 million dollar upgrade, I didn't see much change. Parking lot was paved and main walking trail. Still no benches for the adults to sit while children play. Still no basketball court. Still no splash pad. I did like the new exercise equipment for the adults."

"Nice park with a playground. It's on the smaller side but just fine for a walk with the dog. There are also bbq areas and a public bathroom."

"A small park access across the street from Henrico Doctors Hospital and sandwiched between the surrounding neighborhoods. There's a playground, picking shelters, and barbecues. The restrooms and drinking fountains may be shut off during the winter. The walking trails go through wooded areas and traverse a creek in several places, but you will have to make several loops if you want to get a good walk in. Most of the walking is on a flat surface and the shorter loop is paved. The nearness of major highways means there is a constant low background din of noise. It is a nice burst of nature in suburbia, but don't expect to meditate in Walden Pond."

"My favorite and my go to park in the area. So convenient, beautiful, wonderful natural trails, streams, playground, picnic shelters, restrooms, wheelchair accessible."

"Love this little hidden gem! Great trails, nice playground, pavillions, and a public bathroom area at the main entrance. There is a trail that is tucked off the side and will take you to the creek where you can walk down to the sandy embankment and even walk in the creek (which our toddler LOVES). Trails are great for walking or biking and plenty of room for social distancing right now."
