Thomas called me back within an hour and was a true professional on the phone. He listened to my concerns, told me he would get back with me on Monday. Monday came and Thomas called as promised. Thomas and Racheal were able to address the issue and get everything corrected and fixed within 48 hours. The service was great, quick and they had the customers back...great company!"
