"I went inside to place my order. I get there and no one is in the front desk. A lady in a room behind a desk saids hello, i answer back. I thought maybe she was going to come out and help me or at lease call someone to help, but I was wrong. Bad customer service. I usually call and place my order. But after 3 times doing that and calling them 3 times to let them know I’m outside, and they take like 45 minutes to bring my order out. I said forget it. Why call of head of time if they still won’t have your order ready when u get there. Doesn’t make sense."
