"Overall all it is a nice gym but the manager not doing his job it been more than 2 mounts and still they are not fixing sauna, such a disappointing businessman mentality. Hundreds of peoples using the Sauna ! What cost is the make us disappointed!"
"I’m BIG on customer service. Caucasian guy, blonde short hair, bald in the middle is UGLY RUDE! He made rude gestures at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve never seen him before, must be new. Suggestion: Hire better employees. He’s bad for business. Locker room is smelly and lockers are broken and dirty. Next time I’m back, it will be to change this LA Fitness from being my home gym"

"Front desk staff and cleaning crew are nice people, but facility conditions show a lack of professionalism in management. The pool was its saving grace for awhile, but now they’re closing September 1st. In the meantime, the swimming pool runs cold, the hot tub feature is always closed since this LA fitness lacks the ability to maintain itself. Rust & grime all over the pool deck. Shame on the management, they can really run a business into the ground."
