"I was given a warranty referral to this company by the manufacturer of a brand-new pool heater that malfunctioned from the time of installation. They told me I was approved for a warranty service visit. The technician came to my house and inspected the unit, claiming that he found a small clog in one of the burners and cleaned it. When I turned the heater on a few days later, it still had the same problem. A few days after that Millenium Pools contacted me by email and suddenly claimed AFTER THE FACT that I did not qualify for a warranty repair, and sent me a bill of $220. I tried protesting this bill to the company, but they repeatedly ignored my calls and just kept issuing me the same invoice and demanding payment before they'd look at the issue again. As a result, I went with a different company. But now they're still trying to stick me with a $220 bill for doing absolutely nothing on a visit that was supposed to be covered by warranty."

"So 5 years ago in October our gunite pool floated. We contacted several companies through the years and they all just wanted to tear the pool out and put a new one in. Then finally this year we contacted MPS. Mike Cherubini came out and looked at it and said we can fix this! This is not a typical job and there was a couple bumps in the road, but thanks to Yan Larenas and Elmer Lopez who was there through the whole process to answer our questions and get us through this we have our pool back!!
