"I was extremely impressed with this hotel for the price. I did go during off season but it was still warm enough to enjoy the beach right across the street. I wasn't expecting so much space which was wonderful. As long as you're aware you aren't going to a fancy, upscale place and aren't super picky about some imperfections, you will enjoy staying here."

"I would not stay there again! The good: the room we had a spacious living room and separate bedroom and each had a tv. Also, the location is pretty good, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Nikki at the front desk was really helpful and sweet. The bad: no service at all for a two night stay! No fresh towels, no tiny tiny soaps, nothing. The Wi-Fi would not work with the password, worked sometimes with the QR code from the office sign, but very sporadically. The single blanket was really stiff & scratchy and had what looked like cigarette holes; I rather be cold than use it. The shower curtain had a fringe of mold at the bottom. And last, but not least, there was an intermittent sound like pigeons cooing that we kind got used to, but was very annoying at the beginning. The hotel never got back to us as to what it was. Very narrow parking spaces; I almost could not get in the car one time. Also, not a problem for us at this time of the year (end of September), but there is only one AC near the front door and there is only a small hallway section by the bathroom for the air to circulate to the bedroom, so when it's really hot, there might be an issue (only speculation for this part)."

"This is a bad place to be for your family for a quick vacation.The room smelled like smoking,the light was working an some of the room(they put me an my family in three different room). Then the air was working plug socket wasn't working also. Last of all the bed bug in 2 different room stains of mold,and blood in the side and under the bed"

"The location is fine - just two blocks from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The two people working the front desk that I interacted with were friendly - no complaints there. However, the room was a dump. It smelled like mildew and many years of cigarette smoke. The carpet was very dirty. Furniture had stains and cigarette burns. The bathroom seemed to have only gotten a quick wipe down. The shower had a lot of mildew and other peoples hair in it. Our reservation was for three nights but we left the very next morning. They have a no refund policy but we couldn’t take the smell and were happy to leave."

"The rooms are spacious no evidence of bugs. Everything worked like expected. And although if we would have asked for cleaning service they would have it was nice to know that they didn't bother us. There's also an in-room safe. Super close to the beach less than 2 minutes walk. They were very friendly. Although the hotel only has two stars it should have at least 3 because we felt very safe and the place was clean. There was also a mini fridge in our room. One thing I didn't like is the manager in the day maybe the owner walkthrough and has a very snotty look on her face and says to me you can keep your bike in the back there's a rack you can lock it to. I looked at my wife and said my bikes over $500 I'm not leaving it out back. We took them into our room both of them. At least she didn't come and say you can't have your bike in your room because we would have got our money back and left. Other than that interaction it was a very nice stay."
