Arby's 5442 Williamson Road, Roanoke, VA 24012

"Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and a French dip along with fries and drinks. Went in door dash app to file complaint but all they want to do is give you a credit. Called the store and there was one excuse after another. I know it’s the evening before thanksgiving but that’s not an excuse. 35-40 years ago I managed that store and that excuse would never have flown. Even when we were short handed orders got filled properly because I had trained my people how to check and double check. This has happened 2 separate times with this store"

"My Dad picked up lunch for my Mother and I and him today and I have to say we were all very disappointed!! We all normally love Arby's, but today sadly, we did not! I ordered a big roast beef, curly fries and asked for Arby's sauce, because you can't eat the sandwich without the sauce... the one thing I was looking so forward to!! My Dad even wrote everything down, and I know he asked for it, but NO, he gets home with NO SAUCE, making my sandwich inedible for me!! The buns on all of our sandwiches were old and rubbery tasting! My Mom and I got curly fries and they w we re not only burnt, but looked like they came from the bottom of the barrel as it was just little pieces... no curls to them whatsoever!! To say that we were disappointed is an understatement!!! I don't see us going back there anytime soon, which makes me sad as I love Arby's .. we all do!!!"

"This place is a joke, the last few times I have come through the drive-thru I've had to sit and wait anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes to get my order. Looking inside seeing multiple employees just standing around doing nothing while one employee is running back and forth trying to accomplish everything. I don't know what management is here but this is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever experienced in my life. Do not recommend going here in any capacity!"

"This restaurant was the dirtiest I've walked into. The food was bare minimum! The fountain drinks are dirty there is dirt coming out into the cups. Cook is walking from front end touching counters with gloves on going back into the back to cook food WITHOUT changing gloves. They were not friendly did not care about the customers at all."
