"I have gotten my allergy tests done. The nurse or allergies misplaced my Day 1 allergies. I have to retake them, and I have called numerous times and have been disconnected, hung up on, and left voicemails to get a callback. I do not recommend this facility. My child had an appointment yesterday for Allergy Testing. They did not send over the numbing cream until later that night. It was causing me to have to make another appointment. It's very unprofessional and disorganized."

"Great appointment. Love Dr. Lindsay. Very upset that I left with no appointments scheduled. Waited for quite some time for it. They promised they would call by 2 and never did. I called 4 times with no luck. Now I have to wait 4 days until the office is open again and try to contact them."

"The appointment was made day of. Even though I verified which location prior, they still scheduled me for the wrong location. They emphasized I fill everything out on the patient portal prior to my appointment, but still made me fill out the exact same info on paper. The appointment was easy and quick. They told me I didn’t have a co-pay, which was weird. Five days after the appointment I got an email saying I have a $150 co-pay, even with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I can’t even afford that type of payment and will definitely not be going back."

"Most of the staff is friendly. It’s so hard to get someone over the phone. The patient portal is meh. You can’t schedule or cancel appointments on it and like I said it’s hard to contact them over the phone. If you send a message through the portal they take a long time to answer or not at all. Requested rx refills and they never send them I signed for my allergy shots vials to be renewed the day before thanksgiving. I was told someone would call me when they arrive. No call. No reply to my message. I’m already feeling the effects of not having my shots"

"This office is nice, but one exception is the girl at the front desk whose attitude is not good. don't want to be negative or prejudiced but the afro American girls have the attitude. they don't know how to greet you. The Caucasian girls that are at the front desk sometimes have a nice personality. and have a friendly attitude. also please don't come here I called to ask a question about the reaction to the allergy injection I was left on the phone for twenty minutes no one came when you entered the office everyone was like they were in a playground not professional at all lot of laughing and playing around. and you explain things to the manager she acts like she doesn't care to stay away from this place. go somewhere else for good care and they care. they don't seem like they at a playground."
