"I was extremely pleased with the service received from the moment we checked in until the time we left. My momma (85 years old) was experiencing dry coughing longer than I thought she should. I suggested we come to the office to check. She didn't agree at first but after the treatment we received she was happy we did. From the front office staff to the triage to the doctor everyone was exceptional! We even timed the visit and we've never been in and out in under an hour. So, kudos to the staff and management of the Hampton Patient First! When you treat my momma right, you treat me right!"

"I appreciated basically everything about this visit: being able to walk-in and be seen without an appointment, the convenience of hours that didn’t require me to take off of work, the efficiency of processing in take and dashboard that communicated where I was in the queue for both registration and for being seen by the medical staff. The doctor took time to explain issues and was collaborative in appropriate treatment options. My whole visit was approximately 1 hour, including reception of prescriptions available at their in-house pharmacy."

"I was completely dismissed and told over and over my symptoms were “normal”. I’ve never felt less seen or heard in a doctor’s office, it was extremely uncomfortable. On the way out I received this note without a word with instructions to eat “500 fewer calories a day” due to my BMI. From folks who’ve spent less than 10 minutes with me and have no idea what I eat. I actually have an eating disorder and barely eat most days. I hate when doctors dismiss large people because of their weight. I’m not even that big, just over 200 lbs. It may be a federal requirement to tell me I have a high BMI but I’m sure these bogus biased instructions weren’t included."

"I was very pleased with my visit. I got there before the office opened and there was a line. At 8:00 when the doors opened registration went smooth and fast. The lady that registered me was very nice and friendly. I even notice her interacting with a sick child in the waiting area. This was definitely a plus to make the child feel comfortable being there. When I got back in the waiting area, I expected to wait longer since it was a long line but I did not have to wait as long as expected. The doctor that came in and checked me was also very pleasant. In no time I was headed out the door with my prescriptions in hand. Needless to say, My visit was an excellent experience, even though I was sick!"
