"Zero stars. Showed up to my scheduled appointment couple minutes before and they had a sign that said nobody showed up and were closed and to call a number. Nobody answered. I would understand if I was late, but how do you put a sign up for close before the scheduled appointment. Based on other reviews, people had same issue with scheduling. Don’t waste your time here."

"Worst customer service ever! I had an appointment at 5:00pm. When I arrived the staff at the minute clinic was on the phone. I went to the pharmacy department for help. The pharmacy department told me that I did not have an appointment scheduled for today for vaccine, and asked if I had proof for my appointment. I went back to the car to get my cell phone to find the e-mail to show proof that I had scheduled the appointment. After showing proof of my appointment, I was told to sign in using the kiosk. Finally, the staff from the minute clinic came out of the office and asked if the system was allowing me to check in. I told her, it seems like I'm re-registering and I had never had that experience before with a minute clinic. I told the staff that I had an appointment at 5:00pm. She told me that she saw me walk by at 5:05pm and it is now 5:12pm. I told her at 5:05 pm I was trying to get help, because she was on the phone. I told her that staff from the pharmacy had to point out where the kiosk was for me to sign in. She told me that it was past my appointment time and that was that. Needless to say, I was not vacinnated. I told her that I will follow up with my PCP. That was a huge waste of time and the whole experience was horrible!"

"My girlfriend and I drove to Virginia from Florida for her work trip, and scheduled morning appointments to the rapid Covid-19 testing as a precaution. We arrived at 9:53am tired to the minuteclinic at CVS after not sleeping due to driving 11 hrs straight just to be met with a couple inconsistent and inconsiderate responses. At first the employee said that we weren't the 9:50am and 10:05am appointments. We displayed proof of confirmation and appointment... Then the story changed. Now the employee said that our appointments had been cancelled. We never cancelled them, but there's another person who seems to have taken one of our spots. It left a sour taste in my mouth; I don't leave bad reviews, but this was not okay."

"This business needs ZERROOOOO stars! Give me appointment TWICE and no one was at the clinic location! They claim they don't know how I was able to set up an online appointment. Also, terrible customer service. One representarives was washing dishes in the back when I called the 800# to find out what was going on with the clinic and she had the audacity to say she couldn't hear me. I said if you stop washing dishes for a min you will and she quickly hung up. What a joke this place is."
