"Sweet employees, otherwise the place is run down but infested and disgusting. Literally sitting in theater and being attacked by idk what kind of bugs they were. Seats weren’t cleaned or bussed in between showings and to be honest this was less than an enjoyable experience. I think for this to be a semi highly popular area…could’ve done better"

"First I tried to order food ahead of time and it charged me but never got the order and had to wait 2 days to get the $100 back, then we had to get up to tell someone to turn the movie on and the lights off!!! Employees really seem like it's a big burden to be there working. Then we order popcorn and it said it would be brought to us and to have a seat, 30 mins later we had to go get it ourselves. Then there were bugs flying all around us the whole time. Worst experience ever! Especially because it's was my 5 year old first time to the movies and he was so excited thanks for ruining that experience! Will never go to amc again!"

"I wouldn't go back. I picked this theater because I could watch a movie and eat dinner here too. I have allergies and must eat gluten free, and they had no options, except popcorn and fountain drinks. Buying concessions was at a screen in the lobby and there was nobody waiting on people in the theaters. Popcorn was old and stale and sold for a premium. I ordered a cold cider from the bar and it was warm. Checking out with my credit card required I leave a tip. My tip now is this, go somewhere else!"

"Staff is not helpful or customer friendly. The bathrooms and overall all the hallways are filthy. It looks like no one vacuumed for the whole day. The seats are comfortable in size but sticky because they need a good wipe down. Food is not brought to you as advertised, you order through a kiosk and pick it up yourself. I wouldn’t bring my kids here or my mother, it’s just way too dirty."

"I had to rewrite this review. I loved this place when it first opened i had given 5 starts 6 years ago. However now… its not worth your time and money. The menu is completely different, i only eat fish/seafood, they used to have shrimp bowls, fish tacos… and now they no longer come to you, you have to go to the bar for drinks, the carpets smells liKE mold/sour/puke all at once. The food took forever to arrive, we never got the kids drink and their chicken tenders looks like a struggle chicken was fried. That was our last time going. They did add a concession area which makes no sense because the bar did all that before. Anyways go somewhere else… cafeteria food with Restaurants prices. You can see this place wont be around long unless management do something soon."
