"A group from assisted living went to the 1:30 matinee. NONE of the dozen or so handicap doors were working. Concession prices were beyond reason: $7.50+ for medium Coke; $8.50+ for a bucket of popcorn. To get into the theater we had to get an usher to open and hold the door. They don't open easily or stay open for the handicapped. Once in the theater you have to go up or down a ramp for seating. There is a landing between the upper and lower tier of seats where you can park a wheelchair or a rollator. On that landing are about 8 comfortable seats that will accommodate the handicapped. To exit the theatre to the lobby you have to go down the same incline which is a bit of a challenge for the handicapped who walk with the aid of a device. Finally, our group had made reservations for the movie and gotten a confirmation. When we got there they had no record of it. We had to wait for it to get straightened out and had to miss the first 15 minutes of the movie. On the plus side there are about 10 theatres with a different movie in each and for the non-handicapped, stadium seating."

"Everything was very clean. It was well staffed. Sound and picture quality were excellent. They have new seats that have extra cushion to them. I wish they served Dr. Pepper but they do have slushy drinks."

"The GM is absolutely rude and disrespectful. I’ve personally seen the interactions between customers AND employees and all experiences with him lacked decency and respect. We frequent this theater quite a bit but will literally travel elsewhere due to not patronizing the establishment with him connected. We’ve witnessed him speak to children (PAYING consumers ) terribly along with the younger staff members. I hope that this reaches the matters that be to place a microscope over this location to redefine the “leadership” and provide a more pleasurable experience."

"Clean theaters and friendly ushers made my experience a pleasure! Popcorn was fresh, not a bucket of old crumbs. Be sure you join regal rewards to get the discounts. We prefer the westchester location because it’s smaller than other complexes near us. Great experience today!"
