"Awesome customer service. Dr Go is friendly, caring, knowledgeable with a very compassionate bed side manner. I left National pain and spine”, and switched to “Advanced Pain and Spine” about a year ago, I am so very glad that I did. I no longer feel like a faceless number or a Guinea pig. I require pain management follow-up appointments every 2 months. Dr Go goes out of his way and takes him time to address any concerns or problems I might have. Dr. Go is extremely meticulous in calibrating my Medtronic device. My only regret is that I didn’t make the doctor switch years ago."

"I am so grateful that I found Advanced Spine and Pain (ASAP), particularly Dr. Ramon Go. He is a breath of fresh air in a world full of doctors that don't listen to you and know your body better than you do. It is easy to get disenfranchised by a healthcare industry bottle necked by managed care bureaucracy that is less about managing your care and more about sabotaging your health and well-being. Location: This particular office, as I understand, they have many, is located in Woodbridge in the medical office building behind the Sentara Hospital on Opitz Boulevard. It is less than a mile from I-95. There is ample free, easy-to-access parking. Staff: I often find great doctors come with nightmarish staff. That is not the case at Advanced Spine and Pain (ASAP). Dr. Go's support staff - from the front desk clerk to his Medical Assistants - are all patient friendly, come with the patience of Job, and there to help and support you. Now, to the Doctor: Appointments/Access: I cannot speak to any other doctor except Dr. Go. He is at the Woodbridge office every Friday and it is not difficult booking an appointment with him one to two weeks out. While he is in high demand, he works very hard, long hours. Bedside Manner: This man cares about his patients. It is reflected in everything he does and says. For this very reason, don't be surprised if he's running a little late getting to you. He takes his time with each patient. He wants to get to know you, the person - the person before the pain and the person with the pain. He does not shy away from difficult or challenging conversations or topics. He is well versed on the types of pain the human body experiences, particularly after it experiences trauma. Dr. Go positions himself as your partner in helping you return to a place where you can resume an active, normal lifestyle. I cannot speak enough positive things about Dr. Go. I just wish that I found him sooner. I wish he were my doctor in every aspect. That's just how awesome he and his practice are to me. So, why 4-stars and not 5 stars for a man that practically walks on water? This location does not conduct a full intake, collecting what I feel are critical vitals. During my first visit, the Medical Assistant didn't take my blood pressure! During that visit, after fawning over him, I offered the constructive feedback and I let him know I was disappointed. I've noticed since then, I now get my blood pressure taken, but uh... that's it. They don't own a scale! Why is this so important to me? I don't own a scale at home, so when I do go to the doctor's office, I make it my intention to get professionally weighed, as I am on a weight loss journey. I can't get weighed here, because they don't own a scale, which is kind of crazy to me. At any rate, Dr. Go, Dr. Lee, the moment you folks get a scale, this will become a 5-star review. For any person struggling with pain of any type, Dr. Go is who you've been looking for. Tell him I sent you!"

"Dr Lee is a great listener and came up quickly with a plan for me. The appointment did not have me sitting in the waiting room but for a few minutes, which is so nice. I would recommend."
