"By all means avoid seeing Denise if at all possible. By far the rudest encounter I have ever experienced with a primary care doctor. I actually left crying when I walked out of her office. No regards for her patients. My appointment lasted 6 minutes tops."

"About a year ago I decided it was time for a new pcp, after calling several location's I finally found this facility that the soonest could make me an appointment was 3-4 months out(which I was fine with). I was only able to make one visit to this office, I saw Dr. Guillaume. He was a "good" doctor and listened to my many complaints/health issues I had, he wanted me to come back on 10-31-22 . The office had to call me to reschedule and it was a pending appointment that they would call back.. i never heard anything back. I called and called , told the lady at the desk why I needed a appointment and that my medicine waiting to be refilled was being held up due to this. I finally got a appointment almost 2 months later, for them to call and reschedule. I gave up , I ended up getting sick the last part of December to now. I called to make a same day sick appointment (which was advertised on the website at the time I decided to make this place my new pcp). They kept denying me saying dr Guillaume was booked up for me to go to urgent care or the hospital.. I had to be seen by a specialist due to me being sick and my many health problems in which my specialist wanted me to follow up with my pcp. So here we are 1-16-23, I call to get a follow up appointment with Dr Guillaume just for the lady at the front desk tell me he has moved to a whole other facility near valley view and that he only sees patients one day out of a week and since he's practicing at another location I'd be considered a new patient and his location wasn't accepting new members at this time...(no one ever bothered to let any patients know of this change)I asked the lady if she could just go ahead and make me an appointment with whoever who took over Dr Guillaume position .she said yes, the quickest would be 2 weeks from now. This is hands down the worst facility to go to , save yourself the trouble."

"I arrived for my 8:30 am appointment on time. The doctor did not come into the room to see until 9:15am. At no time did anyone come in and tell me that there was a problem, and he would be in as soon as he could. I know that things can come up, however it would have been polite if someone had let me know."

The office staff/nurse were super friendly. Dr. G was amazing! He is friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know. I couldn't be more pleased with a doctor's office."
