"Our family has been with Allstate for many, many years. Leaving our Texas devoted long-term agent, Fred Herbst, in moving to Virginia, we hoped to find someone as diligent, determine and caring for their client! Fred took the time to introduce us to 'Betsy' at this office. She was just as attentive as Fred but she left! We have been considering leaving Allstate after all these years because the agents left there just 'do their job', not attentive as was Fred & Betsy.. But then we manage to contact Jeff Hall and now we know are in still in Good Hands with Allstate as he attends to all our questions, offers suggestions/resolutions. Thank you Jeff for patiently taking care of us."

"These people are literally thieves. I am trapped in a policy, they are lying to other companies keeping me from leaving, that’s just with homeowners. I had 3 cars insured there for around 7 years, I found better rates elsewhere and decided to switch. When I went to their office to close the policies I was told that it was a good thing I never had a claim because they wouldn’t have covered me anyway because my policies were illegal!? They set the policies up! I was paying around $400 a month for insurance that they sold me they told me was no good! They then kept taking payments out of my bank account even though the policies had been closed and paid up. I have the receipts that they signed stating such. When I requested the money back they said they would take it off my homeowners, I got a $20 discount on one month of my homeowners. I don’t see how that equals the $1000+ dollars they stole from me. They are rude to deal with in person or on the phone. I have contacted Allstate’s corporate office and complained numerous times on this agency, they suggested I contact an attorney. They did however send me formal complaint papers (for the third time ). Oh yeah, they got pissed that I didn’t agree with them charging me double at renewal, they didn’t take my auto pay out for last month and now I have to pay two months at once plus a crazy failure to pay fee. They take my payment out of my bank account for the last 7-8 years and now they forget a couple days after I complain about my rates being more than doubled!! They never forgot before.They are childish, vindictive thieves and I hope I get to see them get shut down. Do not go here unless you like pissing money away for no reason. I hate this place and the people who work there so much!!"
