"I've been coming to this office for roughly 8 or 9 years now. In the past 5 years at least it's gotten so bad. My health issues have been met with a side eye or brushed over. They don't want to answer the phone or they seem to be understaffed on their phones. I mean...ya'll want patients to call when they arrive but I don't get seen at my appointed time frame because of the lack of answering the phone. I've even been kept waiting up to 30 mins wondering if I should just leave and hope my medical issue just clears up. Dr. Laughy was great but she has since move away. I will say the rate at which my appointments are cancelled/ rescheduled by the office are getting very aggravating. Considering that I get a truckload of "courtesty" reminder calls for my appointments it should be the other way around. I can keep track of my time. Can yall? Overall I would avoid looking to go here if you're looking for a PCP because you will not be seen in a timely manner."

"Dr. Laffey is a good name for her. She is a joke and will not fill my medicine for blood thinners, which can kill me without it. If you go to this clinic, avoid this woman because the only thing she cares about is the bottom line !!"

"Dr. Renick is an amazing doctor. I had avoided annual exams for years, for many personal reasons. I feel completely at ease with Dr. Renick. She’s compassionate, kind, and attentive. As a mom of 3, I’ve dealt with my fair share of doctors over the years and she’s by far the best."

"Ashlee Laughey is by far the best doctor my wife and I have had. She treats my family with the upmost respect and truly cares about our well being. Friendly and cheerful and full of life. Just genuinely so nice. Her staff is always friendly and take great care of us when we are there. Some people dread going to the doctors office but we do not mind at all because we know we will be taken care of. Our 1 year old son even enjoys it."

"I won’t ever go to this office again. I think Dr. Rennick is amazing and she is great with my daughter and who we normally see but since she is out they keep putting me with Dr Laughey who has horrible bedside manner and is so incredibly unprofessional. I’ve already talked to the office manager several times and told her I didn’t want to have appointments with her but they clearly don’t care. Most of the staff in general seem to just have bad attitudes. This past visit with Dr. Laughey was the last straw and I’m done. I wouldn’t recommend this office to someone I hate."
