"Changing my 5 star into a 2. Overbilling seems to be a common complaint. Nothing that I wrote below really means a difference if you’re being overcharged or incorrectly, charged or if a doctors office is trying to milk fees out of you. I came in for an annual physical which is in network and should be 100% covered. Even when I checked out the day of my physical in January they said no charge as it’s covered. Then today I get $120 bill. Called Cigna and they told me that the doctors office tried to say that they were also giving me a mental health exam along with a colonoscopy exam. Yes well, I never even took my clothes off during this exam, suffice to say your billing will not be accepted. I’ve already started a dispute and complaint with Cigna. Very sad. Thought this would be my go to place after the service that I received in January, but now that my doctor is overcharging, I just simply cannot trust the practice. I will NOT be back. I came to the practice on the advice of a friend and I’m very glad I did. It’s so nice to actually see an MD! I’m so used to seeing PAC and etc. The waiting room was organized clean, the front desk people were extremely helpful. The portal has a few glitches, but the care I received from the doctor was excellent. I saw Dr. Abby Evans. She spent about 50 minutes with me during my annual exam. And she took the time to explain how the clinic works & is set up, as I was a first time patient. I really like that they have an attached urgent care center and also that doctors are available on call after hours in case of emergencies. Very happy and I will definitely be back."
