"Worst experience ever! The receptionist and nurse displayed an unprofessional and nasty attitude. They asked personal medical questions out in the lobby and requested payment of $350 before I had a chance to speak with the doctor. They couldn’t answer my questions and I left due to their rude and condescending attitude. Now they demand a payment of $40 for nothing. I was never a patient there and I never received any services."

"This clinic is in the same building where my pcp is. But they have DHS approved civil surgeon and because of that I visited this clinic for my immigration physical. From NP Ms. Patel to the front desk everyone was helpful. They explained me the process and guide me well. We are still in the process and I will visit for my second appointment for the same matter. And labcorp is very close just next building."

"I was not happy. I visited this medical office a few weeks back. I mentioned my insurance type and booked my initial visit online stating if they accept my insurance. When I visited the office once again I asked the front desk if they accept my insurance. They said, they accept my insurance. After a few day, they send me a bill, saying my insurance does not cover my visit at all. I called to the office and reminded them they said they will accept my insurance. Problem was not resolved. Very disappointing. Finally, I had to pay it for the wrong information I received from the staff."

"I tried to go to my doctor for a medical problem that was getting worse and was told they could not see me until November. I contacted Dr Varma’s office and got an appt that same day. I was able to see his colleague. She was knowledgeable and took time to speak with me. I got a prescription which hopefully will take care of the problem. Time will tell. Staff was friendly and respectful."
