"On the voice mail they tell you if you want to set an appointment for therapy you need to leave a message and wait for days. I’m going through a lot right now and i just want someone to talk to and navigate life with my insurance. I respected their request and left a message. They proceeded to obviously not care and not listen to their message system and never called me back and it’s been a week and a half. I don’t recommend going to a therapy place that can’t make the time to listen to the voicemails of future patients even though they were the ones that initiated start a voicemail for therapy patients. Very unprofessional and not empathetic in any way."

"This was my first time coming here since I lost my Medicaid. I was skeptical at first bc I saw different kinds of review so didn’t know what to expect. I had a great experience. When I walked for my appointment I was checked in right away and was called to the back ay my scheduled time. Every staff member I interacted was sweet & I felt In the loop every step of my visit! Thy h vu was my Dr. & she answered all my questions and was very caring."
