"Designer was terrific. Love the setup of my new office. However, estimated time of delivery and installation was way off the mark. Sit-to-stand desk very pricey compared to others on the market, and was delivered twice without all necessary parts. They got it put together eventually and my new office is exactly as I envisioned it. Competitor Closets by Design did not have a sit-to-stand desk, but their warranty is much better as it remains valid with successor owners of your house. California Closets' warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. That was almost a deal-breaker for me, but the sit-to-stand desk was more important."

"Would not recommend… after paying almost $4,000 for them to do my closet, I wish I just did it myself. They left it a mess with my walls scratched up, scuffed, and paint scratched off. Now I’m going back and fixing a mess that they caused! Please note this is a brand new house that they just ruined my walls in. Not to mention, I asked for additional shelving which was not brought to my installation. Also marked them as not on time because my first appointment, my designer was late. All in all, would not use them again due to the lack of professionalism and quality. Soft close drawers are nice though."
