"Richmond Decorating in Glen Allen came to my rescue after a horrific flooring experience with another company. I called Richmond Decorating on a Monday and spoke with Jennifer. I explained due to confusion on whether solid wood could be glued down to concrete, I was left with no floors in 2 rooms. Jennifer immediately jumped into action to get the ball rolling to rectify the situation. Tuesday morning I received a call from Lee asking if it was ok for him to come in the afternoon to measure in addition to bringing samples to choose from. By Thursday I had a quote and the floors were ordered. The wood came in on Monday and were installed Wednesday! Ottam the installer was very meticulous, neat and took great pride in his work. Start to finish was 2 weeks and I couldn’t have been happier. Both Jennifer and Lee called the following day to see how everything went. I will definitely use their services in the future and have recommended them to all my friends.
