"If I could leave a negative star rating I would: Via official documentation, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CHILD! Not only does the management and staff listen to INAPPROPRIATE MUSIC FOR EVEN ADULTS TO LISTEN TO AT LEVELS FAR BEYOND APPROPRIATE in the daycare but outside there of... their staff is constantly screaming at children yolking them up by body parts and utilizing unsafe "unofficial business" transportation to stack children up without carseats in personal vehicles to be stranded on school curbs as early as the age of 3."

"I actually enjoy this place. To avoid "mishandling" of my children I just get the names of my sons' teachers and directly contact them through the app. I also ask for a schedule so I can see what time they are eating to avoid my 5 year old’s “hanger” at pick up. Ask questions instead of assuming. One of my son's has high needs and yes some things may slip through the cracks but I can only imagine the tasks of handling the specific needs of several new tiny humans. No daycare is perfect but I believe in trail and error as I am not a perfect parent/person myself. Any incident that has occurred was handled swiftly and to my satisfaction. New faces are common but I just try to inform them of my son's needs when they are alarmed by his reflux triggers (2 vomit max policy a day). Yes, our children's safety are important but I'm the youngest out of 6 siblings so I'm used to "uh-oh" moments. Children are wired for curiosity. I know I’ve done questionable things that my parents never caught so try empathy before being quick to anger. It's how we handle the incident that makes the difference. The staff work really hard and are dedicated to keeping our children safe in my experience and my 5 year old and 1 year old make it back to me in one piece each time."
