"Made an early reservation through hotels dot com for a reunion at RMA. I got a good rate and was happy, as I’m not a huge stickler about a place to sleep. Gateway inn cancelled the, paid in full, reservation, conveniently for a high tourist weekend. Cynical and shady."
"I had so many bed bugs and roaches in my room. The front desk person said they came from me even when I showed him proof. Do not waste your money here. It deserves to be shut down. You will regret staying here."
"We had to change rooms cuz my girlfriend find bed bugs in our bed and after we asked for a refund so we could get another hotel they said after 30 minutes they weren't allowed to when we have only been there for 15 minutes. The manager argued with my girlfriend for 20 minutes because we didn't wanna stay there."
"NOT PET FRIENDLY. even though the online booking said it was. had to leave my dog in the car and get minimal sleep. room was full of flies. no shampoo or conditioner. dirty. i usually love a humble motor inn but this one was awful. sadly it was pretty late and i didn’t know where else to go and couldn’t get my money back. terrible."
"Terrible, car trespassed when they have security cameras, manager smiles like it's funny when alerted. June 29, 2018 9AM without notice to the people staying here room next door to 121 that I am staying in is under construction and hitting on the wall loud and notify manager she says she did not want to let me know about this because she did not want to wake me up? Internet slow basically doesn't even work. Also had to move rooms prior to this because of others constantly talking right outside my room."
