"This hotel would get 5 stars from me except for two things: the clerk was mechanical.and cool at check in. I assume she was the owner so I don't understand why she seemed bored and cold. The other is that they have stated on Expedia that breakfast is included. That's a lie. They have no breakfast and no breakfast room. I hate being lied to. The hotel itself is nice. Too bad the owners aren't."

"This little motel is the best value we have ever come across! This is an older motel that has been redone with new furniture, carpet and very comfortable beds. It is run by a family who goes above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. For example, this morning I was in the parking lot and saw the manager. I asked him where the ice machine was. He told me it was in the office and before I could get my water bottle, he was knocking on our door with a bag of ice! Try finding that type of service at a name brand hotel!"
"This has to be one of the nicest motels I've stayed at. Everything was perfect. So well kept, very clean, lots of flower gardens, great rooms, and a pool. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. Front Royal is a nice town at the northern part of Shenandoah State Park. Highly recommend Tri-Lite Motel."
"Sweet little place, clean and comfortable. Had two choices of pillow densities which I really appreciated. Bathroom was pink and blue which I found super cute. Friendly service, great place to crash before heading to skyline drive!"
