"My family had to get a room due to a tree falling on our power line knocking our power out last night. So we chose to stay at the motel 6 in front Royal. We checked in at 8:30pm, we have a 6 year old and two dogs. We were exhausted and went straight to bed. Woke up at 4:30 am to ROACHES crawling all over my daughter and all over the headboard! Went straight to the front desk demanding a refund, the refused and called the cops on me! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT IS DISGUSTING!!!! Cops looked at the pictures I took and I got my full deposit and half the room money back because they even agreed that was disgusting!! The health department has also been notified!"
"Basic Motel 6 with a steep deposit that took two phone calls and 9 days to get back. I'd pay cash so you'll get it back the day you checkout. I didn't go around to the back but the front has no handicap access with only stairs."
"Room was cleaned nough but there was no hot water. Full hot water was maybe 2 degrees warmer than cool. I tried to talk to the worker about it and he just argued with me and essentially called me a liar. We didn't get to take showers before a long day of hiking. Avoid if you wanna take showers"
"The room was clean, the mini-fridge was very useful! Check in was quick & easy. The location is great! The room was a bit bland, but we basically just slept there. My only complaints? The shower was tepid and there was no blow dryer. Other than that-perfect."
"Good place for the price! Definitely better than expected considering other Motel 6s that I've stayed at. The area is good and the room was clean. Dog friendly and there is a big field in the back where dogs can roam. My only complaint is that there were only two pillows on the bed and the interior rooms can get loud when people are in the check-in area."
