"A great center for seniors to gather and get some exercise and fellowship with others. I did chair yoga today and it was awesome. The instructor, Heather Dotterweich, was very accommodating and patient with all of us. I'm hoping the yoga will loosen my stiff body then, I can move into the room with all the equipment for a more serious workout. The Silver Sneakers walking club looks fun. Looking forward to participating in that. The center's employees are so helpful and nice. I never realized what a jewel we had here in our city. Now that I have retired, I think the Slater Center will be put on my "to do" list"
