After numerous unreturned calls and voicemails, I finally decided to purchase another washer. I could have put the repair money toward my new washer if he would have just said he couldn’t fix it."

"If this was the last Appliance repair company on the planet.. I would still buy the part myself and you tube how to fix it myself. These people have no respect for their clients time. We have been scheduled to have our dishwasher fixed 4 times and the first three times they were just no shows with no phone call from them to explain why or that they were not coming. This last time they were scheduled for 130pm and here it is 220pm and still no repairman. They were on time to ppick up the money on the initial visit... Since then, totally unreliable. Beware of this company..."
