I asked for an estimate to replace the toilet and the charge if further work was needed. Was promised an estimate, never received. Called back the next day, was promised a call back in a few minutes. No call back, no estimate sent. Stand behind the work that was performed?? Seems like no follow through is an admission of not being honest."
