"A rock from a lawn mower broke a back side window on my minivan, I contacted a nation wide window repair company and scheduled a replacement for a week after the window was broken. They called me at the time of my appointment to tell me they didn’t have the window in stock, but they would have it before I had to drive across country in 10 days, a few days later I called, still no window and no instillation appointments until 3 days after I had to leave. I start frantically calling glass repair shops, no one had anything or could get it delivered before the national company. Next to last on my list was Rodger at Able Glass, he didn’t have my window, because who breaks a back side window in a minivan, but he managed to get it the next day and installed it that day! I’m not sure how he managed it, but it was amazing!"
