He Placed an Order , 6 Boxes of High Quality Premium Cigars & his method of payment was COD , My company never sends out COD orders . I made an exception for this guy. I even gave him Free shipping & gave him a free Box of Cigars , all for Fathers Day & when his order arrived , he REFUSED THE PACKAGE , Costing my company to pay shipping charges to received the package back to us . He could never order Cigars ever from us again. Not a smart man ."
