"Workers goof off and take forever to wait on customers. Got to the window and I’m handed my tots. A few minutes later they ask what else I want? I said my coffee? They said “Oh” and proceeded to give me a cup of hot water with cream and floods in it. See photo! That is not too much cream that is almost no coffee and hot water."
"Ordered 2 coffee drinks. One was a regular iced coffee with creamer and flavoring. Other one was an iced latte with cream, cold foam and flavorings. Tell me why my ice latte was white? Literally just white no coffee. And the refund process is difficult for no reason. My drink is messed up refund my money. Who the heck forgets to put coffee in a drink at a coffee shop. They’re making boycotting Starbucks hard because of the dumbassery of this place."
"This is a pretty decent Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s inside of a mini market gas station store which was a first for me but other than that the service was pretty good and my order was made in a quick and timely fashion, one thing i will say is that there wasn’t much of a selection of donuts because I guess they sold out of a lot of flavors since it is in a gas station. Will go back again if I’m ever in the area."
"Do not waste your time or money. Literally! The workers here are old and SLOW as hell in the morning. If you are pressed for time, don’t go their. If you want fresh donuts DO NOT GO HERE. These people are selling overnight old donuts in the morning-_-. Yuck. As someone from NY who loves DD, please spare yourself the disappointment and just go to Krispy Creme."
"Worst Dunkin I have ever ordered from. I placed a To Go order on the app. I arrived and went inside to pick up my order when a gas station employee told me Dunkin was closed since the employees had disappeared 30 minutes prior. Customers were in line at the drive-thru as well as inside the store. I tried calling corporate for a 56$ refund, but I was on hold. 30 minutes later, I went back to the store, and one employee was there. I asked her for a refund, and the employee told me I could get a refund on the app. I told her I wanted her to refund me the money for the three dozen donuts and the sandwiches. She said she could fill my order, but it would be a while. When she did fill my order, the donuts I had ordered were not the ones inside the box. This order was placed for a work training event, and it not only delayed us but we didn't get the donuts we ordered."
