"We purchased a living room sectional at the beginning of last year. The quality that it is now is ridiculous. It totally went down hill, and is in horrible shape. When all we did was sit on it. The cushions have absolutely no support anymore. For the price we paid I would’ve hoped for decent furniture, but that’s not what we received. I want a refund! This is unacceptable. Don’t ever buy anything from them especially a couch!"
"The delivery has been awful. I bought my bed set in September Was told delivery will be in Nov 19 . I got a call two days prior and was told January 19 is new date of delivery. When they were supposed to deliver tomorrow. I have got the call and said, They called it will deliver Feb 19. I am so mad we have been waiting for 4 month. I know they have it but My order is not priority. This is not first purchase. I Had same problem in past. For sure this is the last one I am dealing with Value city."
"I’m totally satisfied with my furniture. We bought a bedroom suite consisting of a headboard , a footboard, and rails, dresser, chest-of- drawers, and two nightstands, to the tune of about $6,000.00. Vanessa, the great lady who helped us in the store couldn’t have been more helpful. Our furnace was delivered a few days later by two big friendly guys who did a great job of bringing it all in and setting it up. Admittedly, I haven’t dealt with repair department but I did by the coverage. Only time will tell."
