"I went in several weeks ago "shopping" for a new adjustable bedroom mattress & possibly a bed or bedroom suite. Janet Black & Doug assisted me with all options. I happened to be watching TV & saw that a Champion Sale was going to start on Sat. My husband, a friend & I drove up to meet with Janet on Sunday. I'm not sure what impressed us more, the great prices or the great customer care but my husband & I bought a new king-sized adjustable mattress as well as a queen for our guest room. Our friend bought himself a king- sized adjustable mattress as well. Janet worked so hard, I decided to treat myself with new end tables, too. Everybody at the Short Pump store was so nice & I highly recommend you give them a try to assist you. We drove two hours one way to shop at this store."

"I recently moved to the area so I decided to stop in and browse . The choices are very plentiful. Being short staffed is a challenge for such a large store with so much product, but that aside the visit was good. I purchased a loveseat and chair for a good value. There was no high pressure sales tactics and they let you shop and discover the products without “ pressure” . It was a nice atmosphere ! The store was clean ! The selection is good ! The prices are good! I can’t wait till Tuesday to enjoy the new furniture . Doug was a great help in my selection and a friendly salesman. I highly recommend this business .
